How To Import Data from Aims to Logbook C.A(CrewAssistant)

Notes

• Ensure you have Logbook C.A version 3.1.6 or greater
• This Feature might not work if you have a pending roster revision
• This Feature Uses the PILOT LOGBOOK REPORT feature on AIMS

Instructions

1. Click on the top right download button as shown Below

   

2. On the Import Page Provide your company credentials as illustrated and Click Connect

   • 1 . Company Link eg https://xxx.aims.aero
   • 2 . Username eg 0000001
   • 3 . Password
   • 4 . To and From Dates (Max Recomended 1 Month)
   

3. Your Flights will be imported and you will be redirected to the hompage

4. Use the Logbook Reports page with your logbook template to ensure your hours are imported correctly

5. Report any inconsistencies to us
